Getting to Know Dr. Efird:
When not working, Dr. Efird enjoys spending time with his best friend, his wife of 38 years. Together they share two sons and three grandsons. He and his wife enjoy hiking, traveling, spending time at the beach, and watching TV shows together. Dr. Efird enjoys practicing in a small town due to the unique challenges that it brings. He grew up in a small-town environment which has led him to practice in a small town for over 30 years. He enjoys the accountability that a small town offers. His parents taught him at a young age that honestly is the best policy and the truth is the easiest thing to remember. He has carried these basic doctrines with him into his practice, and a small-town environment allows him to express them to the fullest.
